Work Philosophy & Objective
My deep interests in ‘Human side of Human mind’ in any situation have enabled me to devise my programs with emphasis on positive reflection and motivation of the individual.
The purpose is to help an individual to become aware of his environment and grow from DEPENDENCY TO INDEPENDENCY TO INTERDEPENDENCY.
The ultimate aim is to create a healthy and happy individual who will in turn contribute to his environment, constructive, effective and growth oriented attitudes.
For I believe there is nothing permanent but change. Adapting and coping with the change is a continuous process of life.

I am extremely extroverted individual with an eye for details, being able to observe and relate to people easily, being able to empathize and establish healthy rapport with individuals or group.
